Difference between Cell Phone and Mobile Phone

I get this question all the time that what is the difference between Cell Phone and Mobile Phone. A cell phone can be a mobile phone but a mobile phone may not be a cell phone. A satellite phone is a mobile phone but not a cell phone. Essentially a mobile phone is a phone which can receive wireless calls. It could be from the satellite or local cell towers. but a cell phone only works with local cell towers.
